Welcome to BizCard. Before creating your online business card, please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing the site or registering a profile, you confirm that you fully understand and accept the following terms.
1. Service Description and Nature of the Platform
BizCard is a digital platform that allows users (business owners and entrepreneurs) to create a temporary online business card. Our role is purely intermediary – we provide the technical space for advertising businesses, their services, and contact information. We are not an agency, are not responsible for the quality of advertisers' services, and do not participate in any transactions between advertisers and their clients.
2. Registration and Responsibility for Content
The user creating a business profile is solely responsible for the content they publish, both legally and civilly.
- Accuracy of information: The user guarantees that the company name, address, email, and phone number are correct and belong to the advertised entity.
- Right to content: The user guarantees they have the rights to use all uploaded images, logos, and texts.
- Prohibition of misuse: Posting someone else’s information without authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following is strictly prohibited on the BizCard platform:
- Advertising illegal products, substances, or services that violate applicable Serbian laws or international law.
- Content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination, or any form of intolerance.
- Explicit, pornographic, or vulgar content (text or images).
- Misleading offers, pyramid schemes, or false representation.
- Job postings (the platform is solely for promoting businesses and services).
4. Advertisement Duration and Automatic Data Deletion
In line with the temporary business card concept, all data posted by users (including profile, images, and descriptions) will be publicly available for exactly 30 calendar days.
After the 30-day period, the system will permanently and automatically delete all submitted data from our database.
BizCard is not obligated to notify users about the expiration of this period and is not responsible for data loss after deletion.
Users agree to re-enter their data if they wish to continue advertising.
5. Payment and No Refund Policy
All services are paid in advance via PayPal.
No Refunds: Since this is a digital service activated immediately, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes situations where the user deletes their profile before the 30-day period expires or if the administrator removes the listing due to a Terms of Use violation.
BizCard does not store your card details; all financial disputes are handled directly through PayPal.
6. Right to Moderate and Sanctions
We reserve the discretionary right to modify or remove content we consider inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to the platform’s reputation without prior notice or explanation. In cases of serious violations, users may be permanently blocked from the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizCard disclaims responsibility for:
- Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the site.
- Misuse of publicly posted data by third parties.
- Disputes, debts, or any legal relationships arising between users and visitors (clients).
- Temporary site unavailability due to technical maintenance or factors beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms of Use
BizCard reserves the right to update these terms at any time to reflect new services or legal changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
