BizCard does not collect users' personal data for resale or marketing purposes. We are not a platform that tracks your digital habits. Our system is designed to retain only the information necessary for the operation of your online business card.
2. Data You Publish (Publicly Available Data)
By using our site, you as a business owner choose which information you want to make publicly available. By creating a profile, you agree that the following data will be visible to all site visitors:
- Company name;
- Business address;
- Contact email;
- Phone number;
- Description of services;
- Photos/Logo you upload yourself.
Note: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and nature of the data you publish. Please do not post personal information that you do not want to be publicly visible.
3. Data Retention and Automatic Deletion
To keep our database up-to-date and protect your data from becoming outdated, all data you enter in your company profile will be publicly available for 30 days.
After the 30-day period, your profile and all associated data (including images and descriptions) will be automatically deleted from our system.
If you wish to continue advertising, you will need to create a new profile.
4. Payments and Financial Data (PayPal)
BizCard does not store your payment card details, bank account numbers, or any financial information.
All transactions are processed exclusively through PayPal.
During payment, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure platform. Please review PayPal’s Privacy Policy regarding how your financial data is handled during the transaction.
5. Cookies
We use only essential technical cookies that enable the basic functionality of the site (e.g., staying logged in while editing your profile). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
6. Limitation of Liability
As a platform offering space for "online business cards," BizCard:
- Is not responsible for misuse of publicly available data by third parties (site visitors).
- Does not verify the legal validity of registered businesses; users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
- Reserves the right to remove a profile without notice if the content is offensive, illegal, or violates our terms of use.
7. Your Rights
You have the right at any time to request deletion of your profile before the 30-day period expires. This can be done via our contact page.
